1.0    Overview

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“terms”) before using FoodJobsToday.com (the “website” or “site”). The website is owned by Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc. (“Bulls Eye Jobs” or “we”), and the online content and services offered on the site are provided under the following terms. The terms “you” or “user” as used herein refer to all individuals and entities accessing this website for any reason. By using this site, you accept these terms and conditions.

Bulls Eye Jobs reserves the right to revise these terms at any time, by modifying this posting. Your use of the site or the services on the site, after such modifications and revisions, will represent your acceptance of the modified terms. Because the terms and conditions are binding, you are advised to visit this page periodically to be up-to-date with them. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions as stated in this posting, or if you are dissatisfied with the site, please do not use this website or service.

Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., may immediately terminate your account or any part of your account or service, and/or may remove and discard any content published to the site if Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., believes you have violated the terms of use.

Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., has the right to change the content or technical specifications of the site at any time at its own discretion.

This site is meant for information purposes only, therefore, we disclaim all liability with respect to actions taken upon the information displayed on this site.


2.0    Site Rules

As a site user, you are responsible for all information you post to our message boards, job boards, or forms. You may not use this website for any illegal purposes. Bulls Eye Jobs does not monitor all the submissions to the site, however we reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates our terms and conditions.

All information contributed by site users is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Furthermore, content posted by site users does not reflect the opinion of Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., and the company cannot be held liable for information that site users post upon the site.  

Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., prohibits site use for any of the following activities:

  • Posting incomplete, inaccurate, or false information on your resume.
  • Posting false job seeker profiles, including those that are meant to solicit for subscribers, products, recruitment, or other purposes.
  • Posting or transmitting viruses, program scripts, and/or other harmful components.
  • Taking actions which impose unreasonably large demands/loads on the website infrastructure.
  • Deleting or modifying information submitted by other users.
  • Unauthorized access into other users’ accounts, restricted areas of the site, and/or secure server data.
  • Contacting the site users through unsolicited email, telephone calls, fax, and any other method of communication.
  • Posting job opportunities that pay no significant salary including commissions only, and/or that require upfront payment(s) or paid memberships, and/or those that involve pyramid organizations or schemes, purchase of franchise, distributorship, and other member or sub-contractor recruitment.
  • Posting materials that include language or character representation that is insulting, hateful, harassing, abusive, sexually explicit, or discriminatory in nature.
  • Disclosing or sharing your account access information with any third parties.
  • Copying, distributing, or using the site’s content, either directly or with the use of automatic copy devices.
  • Interfering with the service by submitting viruses to the site, flooding, spamming, sending unsolicited electronic mail, including advertising/promotion of products or services, mail bombing, overloading, crashing, and by using other means. Such violations of network or system security shall result in criminal investigations in cooperation with law enforcement authorities, and all users involved in such violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of the civil or criminal law.


Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., uses all possible means to ensure that its sites and services are of 99% availability. However, the company carries no responsibility for the occasions when the service is interrupted due to failure of telecommunications links, equipment that is beyond our control, upgrades, and maintenance.  Due to the nature of site content, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, reliability, and/or infringement of third party rights. The graphics and content are provided by users on an “as is” basis without any kind of warranties. Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by US law.

You expressly agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., and its directors, employees, agents, shareholders, representatives, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and assigns from and against any and all losses, costs, claims, suits, obligations, demands, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, court costs, reasonable attorney, paralegal and expert witness fees) arising in connection with the breach of the Agreement, your use of the web site or the breach of any third party intellectual property rights, regardless of the sole and/or comparative negligence or other fault or responsibility of Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., or its directors, employees, agents, shareholders, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns. Such indemnity shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination of the Agreement or your discontinuance of use of this site.


3.0    Content Submission Rules

Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., does not monitor content submitted by the users; however it reserves the right to remove any content from the site, if such content is considered illegal, disruptive, or offensive. If you use the site, you are responsible for your postings and their consequences.

You must not post:

  • Copyrighted materials unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to publish these materials,
  • Materials that reveal trade secrets, unless own them or have permission of the owner,
  • Solicitation or advertisements of business, products, or services, and/or
  • Materials of sexually-explicit, hateful, insulting, or harassing character.


4.0    Privacy Policy

Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., collects personal information from users on a voluntary basis only. Any personal information that you provide, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, employment information, are not used or disclosed to any outside party, except as described in this privacy policy, or when we are permitted or are required by the US law. When posting jobs and resumes, site users decide for themselves what contact information to display.

When you sign up to use services provided by Bulls Eye Jobs, we may use that information to provide the services that you have requested, make it available to employers and recruiters in connection with those services, use it to administer your personal account.  We may also use that information to make you aware of company news and additional services. You may opt out of receiving these company news and additional services by logging into your personal account and checking the appropriate box.

Bulls Eye Jobs hires contractors to perform various tasks on the site such as web design and development. These contractors will have access to your personal information in order to perform these functions on our behalf, but may not use your information or share it with a third party.

We do monitor the activity of our site visitors in order to optimize our website and make it accessible to all users. The data we collect does not include any personal information, and site visitors remain indentified. We also use cookies to understand how our site is being used. If you are a registered user, cookies are used to for remembering login information, passwords, etc. If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so by rejecting cookies in your browser. However, please be aware that this may negatively affect your experience on the site.

This site does not collect information from or about children. Individuals under thirteen (13) years of age should obtain their parents’ permission prior to providing any of their personal information.  The company is under no obligation to monitor information published on the site by other users. There is a possibility that other users’ information may be inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for minors.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., or administration of its websites regarding any unauthorized use of your registration or password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password.

We welcome your feedback and comments, as we constantly work on improving our website and services. When we receive your feedback, suggestions, and /or commentary, please be aware that it immediately becomes the property of Bulls Eye Jobs., Inc., and therefore may be used for marketing and promotional needs.

Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this page and immediately will be in effect upon posting.


5.0    Payment and Refund Policy

All services are billed upon clicking the “checkout” button, and are due immediately or upon the receipt of the invoice. Since all services and products sold by Bulls Eye Jobs, Inc., have intangible character, and we cannot prove whether the product or service was used upon the users’ access to it, we do not issue refunds after the payment is made. A partial refund will be made, however, if requested for our three-month and six-month membership options. The refund will be made for the months of service not used.
